Blackroute – Terms & Conditions

By using Blackroute services, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Bookings & Payment: All rides must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved payment methods.

 

2. Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged in full.

 

3. Waiting Time: Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.

 

4. Passenger Conduct: Smoking, illegal substances, and open alcohol are not allowed. Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the client.

 

5. Liability: We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. Lost items are not our responsibility, but we will assist in recovery when possible.

 

6. Vehicle Substitution: We aim to provide requested vehicles but may substitute with an equal or better vehicle if necessary.

 

7. Privacy: All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information.w

 

8. Updates: Terms are subject to change. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
